Bought an ipad air M3 just a few days after release. Defective product right out of the box. Sent it back on the 22nd of March. Today is May 19th and I HAVENT RECEIVED A REPLACEMENT yet because the provider (Apple) doesn't have available units". Really, in 60 days not a single extra iPad?

Apple as a product is not bad. But Apple as a company is... Not good. Its hard to find honest reviews about the Apple company on Google (No way to submit a Google review), and the Apple app store is too restrictive when it comes to downloading and also publishing apps. They also will take away your ability to download certain apps for no clear, ethical reason such as: Tiktok and Fortnite.
I would reccomend Android if possible, it terms of freedom of choice and specs.

It’s awful experience you can see just Apple Store … it’s not worth to visit at all 🙁
I absolutely HATE dealing with EVERY and ALL Apple support representatives. Even those “in charge” are not able to assist with a simple refund request. The only thing I am advised is that the “System” is working on it. All the system does is deny requests even when they are valid. Extremely disappointed and while I know this does not phase anyone at Apple one bit, it’s sad to lose a 20+ years customer over less than $100.

Serious Injury from Apple Watch – Infrared and LED Exposure Likely Cause

I’m writing this review based on my personal, painful, and frustrating experience with the Apple Watch (Model A1861) Version 8.8.1 (19U512), in the hope that it warns others and raises awareness.

After wearing the watch casually over weekends and during exercise, I began to experience an intense, burning pain in my left wrist—nerve-like, sudden, and recurring only when I wore the watch. This wasn’t due to tightness or band material. I work in a clean professional environment with no wrist strain. The only new factor was the Apple Watch, which I wore to track fitness.

Over time, this pain became more severe and led to tingling, nerve sensitivity, and eventually, a ganglion cyst directly under the area where the Apple Watch sensors—especially the green LED and infrared radiation emitters—make contact with the skin.

Despite trying rest and medication, the condition worsened over a year and a half, forcing me to undergo surgery to remove the cyst. The cyst was sent for pathology and took weeks for testing, highlighting the seriousness of the issue. I’m no longer wearing the watch, and since stopping, the symptoms have not returned.

I strongly believe this device, particularly the infrared radiation and green LED emissions, was the root cause. Infrared radiation, depending on proximity, intensity, and duration of exposure, is known to potentially cause damage to human tissue, including the skin and eyes. It’s easy to dismiss it because the device is considered “low power,” but constant contact in the same location for extended periods adds up. This is not something I would have ever expected from a wearable health device.

I feel it’s important to speak out because there are growing reports from other users experiencing unexplained pain, rashes, cysts, and nerve issues. And yet, this problem is being ignored—possibly due to the sheer influence and size of the company involved.

I’m sharing this based on real, personal harm that disrupted my life, required surgery, and caused months of distress. If you're wearing this watch and feeling any abnormal pain or tingling, don’t ignore it. Technology can help—but it can also hurt.

Dear Iphone Users.
My Name is Nazal.
Case id- 102569212834.
The iPhone company wants to trick us... iPhone is not like other company phones... It makes us mentally connected to our phone. And everything is in their hands... They keep making us complain to upgrade our phone... I am an iPhone 12 Pro Max user... I take very good care of my phone... After the warranty given by the company expired, I took out one year of additional warranty... I have not had any complaints because I take good care of it. I did not have to use both warranties... After some time, I am seeing a color fade issue on the display... It was not from me, no complaints... I went to the Icare service center with those complaints... 2250/. When I spent Rs. and did the diagnosis, I got its report. It clearly says that there is no water damage, no physical damage, no scratches... Then they don't know how those complaints came, and neither do I... I bought that phone for Rs. 129000/-... The reason I use Apple products is their quality. Trust in Apple is made by California in American standards. And now, when a quality-based complaint came, I asked them to repair for free of cost... I don't need to fix it by my payment... I didn't pay money to fix it; I paid that much money to buy ... All iPhone users should understand. They are telling lie about the Standard… There is nothing in it to buy by paying that much money... Oppo, Vivo, and Samsung are better than Apple products... Dear Users Please dont be fool infont of this type company... Think and Be Smart always...

Excuse me, I use an iPhone i15, but no matter what product I buy, it always costs NT$520. Even the monthly fee of your game products, which is NT$299, shows NT$520. Even the games with free updates require in-app purchases. Why do you need in-app purchases for everything in your Apple series? Please correct the system, thank you

Full disclosure: never went to the Apple Park. Nevertheless, I must take a few words to express my admiration for the lovely t-shirt boxes located inside the park's Apple Store.

Apple Park, often nicknamed "the spaceship" due to its massive, ring-shaped design, is situated at 1 Apple Park Way, Cupertino, CA. Unlike Google’s Googleplex, which allows public access to its outdoor grounds, Apple Park is far more restricted. The campus itself, spanning 175 acres, is not open to the general public. Its primary building, a 2.8-million-square-foot circular structure, houses over 12,000 employees and is designed as a private workspace, reflecting Apple’s emphasis on secrecy and security. Non-employees cannot enter the main campus, including iconic spots like the Steve Jobs Theater or the central courtyard with its orchards, unless they are invited by an employee or attending a specific event (e.g., WWDC keynotes for select developers).
However, Apple does offer a public-facing component: the Apple Park Visitor Center, located across the street at 10600 North Tantau Avenue. Opened on November 17, 2017, this two-story, 20,135-square-foot building is the only part of Apple Park designed for public access. It features four main areas: an Apple Store with exclusive Apple Park-branded merchandise (like T-shirts and tote bags not sold elsewhere), a 2,386-square-foot café serving coffee and snacks, an exhibition space with a 3D augmented reality model of the campus (viewable via iPads), and a roof terrace offering the closest public view of the main Apple Park building. The Visitor Center is free to enter, open daily from 9 AM to 7 PM (store hours extend to 8 PM, but check for updates), and includes free parking in an underground garage. It’s about an hour’s drive from San Francisco via US-101 South and I-280 South, or accessible by public transit like the VTA Orange Line to the McCarthy Ranch stop, followed by a short rideshare or walk.
While the Visitor Center provides a glimpse into Apple’s world, don’t expect tours of the actual campus. The main Apple Park grounds are surrounded by landscaping that obscures much of the structure from street level, intentionally limiting visibility. You can walk or drive along nearby streets like North Tantau Avenue to see parts of the exterior, but that’s as close as the public gets without an inside connection. For comparison, Apple’s original headquarters at 1 Infinite Loop (still in use for some operations) also has a small public Apple Store, but it’s less of a destination than the Visitor Center.
If you’re a tech fan planning a Silicon Valley trip, the Apple Park Visitor Center is worth a stop for its sleek design and unique offerings, but it’s not a sprawling, open campus like Google’s. Apple prioritizes privacy over public engagement here—Steve Jobs envisioned it as a "nature refuge" for employees, not a tourist site.

4:45pm, came in with apple watch that suddenly failed to work being stuck on apple logo, feeling like it must be an operation system issue.
4:50pm, the first “genius” showed up, didn’t even bother restoring the software. She just put the watch to a charger saying they couldn’t do any diagnose unless it could be completely turned on within 30 mins (I was like, why would I need you if it could be turned on completely).
5:05pm, another “genius” came, gave me the same useless info.
5:25pm, no luck. The “genius” said it was definitely a hardware failure (which I didn’t agree to) and gave me 2 options: 1. they would have to send it to physical repair place and charge me for diagnose plus any potential repair since it was already out of warranty; 2. replace with a new watch. Both make Apple more money anyway.

A very disappointing experience overall. Have done some research and seen people in the same box that turned out to be a pure software issue.
My ratings (since no diagnose or repair attempt was implemented):
0 to genius bar and software engineers if it is a software issue;
0 to hardware engineers if it is a hardware failure;
1 to the company for building such a junk that can only work for couple years.

I am extremely disappointed with Apple’s complete lack of support regarding the recovery of my stolen iPhone. I’ve always been a loyal Apple customer, owning all Apple products for years, but after this experience, I’m seriously considering switching to another brand.

When my iPhone was recovered by the police, I immediately contacted Apple, providing all necessary proof of ownership, including the police report and my original receipt. Apple’s customer service initially assured me that they would unlock the phone and that it was simply a matter of time. However, after multiple follow-ups and weeks of waiting, I was told they would not process my activation lock request. This is utterly unacceptable for a company that prides itself on being one of the top tech businesses in the world.

Apple’s failure to address my issue properly shows a complete disregard for loyal customers. The lack of accountability and the unhelpful responses I received are incredibly frustrating. It’s clear that Apple isn’t meeting basic expectations, and they’re not handling customer issues with the level of professionalism one would expect from such a well-established company. I’ve been a dedicated customer for years, but this experience has made me question why I should continue investing in Apple products when they clearly don’t know how to treat their customers.

Apple is failing to live up to the high standards they set for themselves, and this entire ordeal has left me with little confidence in their ability to support their customers when it matters most.

How could you be in Silicon Valley and not visit the apple park and apple Campus one infinite loop. Unfortunately you are not allowed to get inside the apple park and is only accessible for the staffs. But you can visit the Apple Park visitor center at the Apple Park. In the visitor center, you will see also a module construction of the Apple Park. Just ask for an iPad and see the inside of it by Virtual Reality Technology. Very nice place and kind people there. You can buy also apple devices and also apple t-shirts which are not available everywhere else. You can get to the roof above the visitor center and see the a bit of the building inside the apple Park. At ground level there is the Mac Coffee with offers you coffee, tee or matcha which apple Logo on it 😀. Enjoy it. You cannot still fell the quote of the steve jobs there as he said: „It is in Apple's DNA that technology alone is not enough—it's technology married with liberal arts, married with the humanities, that yields us the results that make our heart sing.“
