She just put the watch to a charger saying they couldn\u2019t do any diagnose unless it could be completely turned on within 30 mins (I was like, why would I need you if it could be turned on completely).<br \/>5:05pm, another \u201cgenius\u201d came, gave me the same useless info.<br \/>5:25pm, no luck. The \u201cgenius\u201d said it was definitely a hardware failure (which I didn\u2019t agree to) and gave me 2 options: 1. they would have to send it to physical repair place and charge me for diagnose plus any potential repair since it was already out of warranty; 2. replace with a new watch. Both make Apple more money anyway.<br \/><br \/>A very disappointing experience overall. The lack of accountability and the unhelpful responses I received are incredibly frustrating. In the visitor center, you will see also a module construction of the Apple Park. Just ask for an iPad and see the inside of it by Virtual Reality Technology. Very nice place and kind people there. You can buy also apple devices and also apple t-shirts which are not available everywhere else. You can get to the roof above the visitor center and see the a bit of the building inside the apple Park. At ground level there is the Mac Coffee with offers you coffee, tee or matcha which apple Logo on it &#x1f600;. Enjoy it.
